Zinger Method
Aligning Body Mind and Voice

Our bodies tell stories. Sometimes we listen, more often we don’t.
Through touch, movement and voicing, the Zinger Method allows us to deeply connect to our body, acknowledge its stories, harness its powers to retell and write new ones.
A typical hour long session includes a series of gentle exercises, the use of acupressure points and voicing.
The Zinger Method is based on three pillars: movement (Feldenkreis-inspired), voicing (Lichtenberg) and touch (acupressure). It incorporates mindfulness techniques to help identify the underlying sources of pain and discomfort, be it mental or physical (they are often connected).

A series of gentle exercises follows, accompanied by voicing and the use of acupressure points to provide the body and mind with fresh perspectives and with new possibilities to autoregulate and re equilibrate, gently setting them (body and mind) on the path to self-healing.
The Zinger Method has benefited hundreds of people and is offered at the Integrative Medical Center of the hospital of Yverdon les Bains as part of their treatment plans.
No previous experience required.
Sessions are available in-person or remotely.
